Water Main Break
Nick Brown, left, Amberly Engert, Jennifer Hinkle and Linus Southwick stay cool Saturday in front of Sparky’s Homemade Ice Cream on Ninth Street with the help of a water main break at the street’s intersection with Broadway. A portion of Ninth Street was closed for water line repairs.
