Mark McGimsey holds his 3-month-old daughter, Maeghan, Tuesday at their home. At 4 feet 8½ inches tall, McGimsey is a dwarf, and the condition has caused him significant medical problems. "The disability has allowed me to be a stay-at-home dad," he said. "I had a great job, but it pales in comparison to being able to stay home with my children. ... There's nothing better than a sleeping baby on your chest."
